What is freeze-drying?
Freeze drying is a drying process that removes water from the previously frozen raw material by means of the so-called sublimation, i.e. a direct transition to the vapor state without the liquid state. This process mostly eliminates microbiological contamination, thanks to which it can be safely stored for a long period of time.
Why freeze-dried fruit?
90% of freeze-dried products retain their natural shape, color and aroma. Thanks to the possibility of carrying out the process at low temperatures, the raw material prepared by freeze-drying does not lose valuable vitamins and essential oils.
