What is freeze drying?
Freeze drying is a drying process that removes water from the previously frozen raw material by the so-called sublimation, i.e. a direct transition to the vapor state without the liquid state. This process mostly eliminates microbiological contamination, thanks to which it can be safely stored for a long period of time.
